The Relationship between Philippine Population, Remittances, Foreign Direct Investment, and Trade Openness on its Gross Domestic Product

Considering that GDP is one of the main indicators influence economic growth a country, there are certain factors affect its increase or decrease. This study was conducted to understand relationship between Philippines’ (Gross Domestic Product) and namely: Trade Openness, Inflation rate, Foreign Direct Investment, Labor Force. The researchers used quantitative-correlational approach determine strength relationships variables. Moreover, concluded variables Force were significant determinants explain growth, while Rate insignificant. Philippine government may utilize paper emphasize towards specifically, openness variable, which showed yet had unsatisfactory results as an indicator for growth.
